About the Role AMR Security is looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our Sydney team. You'll lead quality assurance across our security technology products, ensuring robust testing processes from end to end. This is a full-time role where you'll work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software and security system projects. - Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks that meet project requirements. - Oversee automated and manual testing efforts using tools such as Selenium. - Manage and maintain test environments on AWS, ensuring reliability and consistency. - Track defects and test progress using Jira, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage. - Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, supporting their growth and day-to-day work. - Collaborate with development and product teams to embed quality early in the delivery process. - Report on test metrics, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Requirements - At least 6 years of experience in software testing, with demonstrated leadership or management experience. - Hands-on proficiency with Selenium for test automation. - Practical experience managing test environments and infrastructure on AWS. - Confident using Jira for defect tracking, test management, and project reporting. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. - Experience in the security industry or with security-focused software is highly regarded.
